ASYNC Creative Communications 于 2023 年在深圳发起 Q RACING TEAM 项目。ASYNC Creative Communications launched the Q RACING TEAM project in Shenzhen in 2023.
从 2023 年开始，ASYNC Creative Communications 发起 Q RACING TEAM 项目，从深圳出发，呈现兼具多元态度与国际视野的年轻运动力量。Since 2023, Q RACING TEAM has set out from Shenzhen to present a young motorsport force with a diverse attitude and an international outlook.
不同于传统狭义的赛车运动，Q RACING TEAM 在呈现独立设计的品牌概念以及体育竞赛组织的同时，也将联通媒体以及最优质的销售渠道作为任务，为车手以及顾客找到更有力的宣传方式及更适宜的销售平台，让更多消费者找到表达自我主张的赛车装置以及衍生产品。
We look past the narrow definition of motorsport. Alongside an independently designed brand and the organisation of sporting competition, Q RACING TEAM connects drivers and customers with media and the best sales channels, so their story travels further and more people find racing gear and products that say something about who they are.
我们集合多个领域的赛车类型，以趣致并具有生活方式态度的赛车活动以及静态展示，诠释各种汽车运动的核心理念。团队同时是一支赛车影像制作团队，长期驻扎 GTSC、China GT、澳门格兰披治大赛车等赛事现场。
We bring together many kinds of racing and express the core of each through lively, lifestyle-minded events and static exhibitions. The team is also a motorsport film crew, working trackside at GTSC, China GT and the Macau Grand Prix.

体育竞赛组织Race Organisation
作为广东省汽车摩托车运动联合会团体单位，承接赛车活动、赛道日、车友赛事的组织与执行。团队中有国家汽车场地 B 照赛车手和汽车摩托车国家一级裁判员。As a member of the Guangdong Automobile & Motorcycle Sports Association, we plan and run racing events, track days and club competitions. The team includes a national B-licence circuit driver and a national first-class motorsport official.

依托前海深港合作区，提供跨境车辆选购与咨询服务，以及精品性能车、经典车的展示、整备与销售。已完成二手车经营企业备案。Based in the Qianhai Shenzhen–Hong Kong Cooperation Zone, we source and advise on cross-border vehicles, and show, prepare and sell curated performance and classic cars. Registered as a used-car dealer.

主理人 / 创意总监Founder & Creative Director
肖尹重（Xiao Yinzhong）是一位常驻洛杉矶的摄影师与策展人，创作横跨时装、赛车运动与文化领域。现为视觉中国签约摄影师，曾任深圳时装周、杭州国际时装周官方摄影师。
2021 至 2025 年，肖尹重为深圳时装周连续六届拍摄官方时装影像与编辑内容。作为策展人，策划了上海时装周 23SS Ontimeshow 西岸展，负责逾 300 平方米的展陈布局、观展动线、中英双语品牌名录、Lookbook 与现场影像记录。
在赛车领域，肖尹重于 2023 年创立 QRacing 并担任创意总监，参与制作 GTSC、China GT 等赛事现场活动，建立项目视觉识别，社交平台关注者逾十万。本科毕业于南京传媒学院电影摄影与制作专业，获香港城市大学 Venture Creation 理学硕士，现于南加州大学攻读硕士。
Xiao Yinzhong is a photographer and curator based in Los Angeles, working across fashion, motorsport and culture. A signed photographer with Visual China Group, Xiao has been official photographer for Shenzhen Fashion Week and Hangzhou International Fashion Week.
From 2021 to 2025 Xiao made the official fashion photography and editorial content for six editions of Shenzhen Fashion Week. As a curator, Xiao shaped the 23SS Ontimeshow West Bund presentation at Shanghai Fashion Week, with more than 300 square metres of layout, visitor flow, bilingual brand directories and lookbooks.
In motorsport, Xiao founded QRacing in 2023 and leads it as creative director, producing live racing events around GTSC and China GT and building the project's visual identity and a following of more than 100,000. Xiao studied Film Photography and Production at the Communication University of China, Nanjing, holds an M.S. in Venture Creation from City University of Hong Kong, and is now completing a master's at the University of Southern California.
